- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I would leave no stars if I could. My experience with Key Bank has been nothing short of horrendous. I've spent hours on the phone trying to get arbitrary overdraft fees removes from my account. It is an outrageous waste of my time. Poor service, poor overall business practices. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Set up a lockbox in 2015, at the same we also set up auto bill-pay for the lock box from the Key Bank checking account... For a year and a half they keep not billing us and then threatening to send us to collections. Jan 2017: We're done. Took everything out of the lock box and closing out.By Scott A, September 22, 2017
